Instructions on generating ifsdump.zip,
1.) Go to the IFSHOME directory.
2.) You should see a file called ifsdump.cmd there, double click on the file - it will open up a command window
3.) This will collect all the log files and create a single ifsdump.zip file, this may take around 10 - 20 minutes to complete
4.) When finished, you can find the file IFSDUMP.zip in the same location.
Use ftp to send this file to IFS.
